George Kloet began his career after completing the Construction Technician course at George Brown College in 1969. Prior to starting his own renovation business in Simcoe Ontario he worked with a number of builder contractors gaining valuable experience that would become the foundation of his own company.

As the company grew, his brother Peter joined the firm and helped take the building of some of the finest homes to the next level.
Always involved in the industry that he is in, George soon was elected as a director of the Haldimand-Norfolk Homebuilders Association. Progressing within that organization he was elected president of the association in 1980. He served at that position for 2 years.
In 1987 he sold his share of the company to his brother Peter who today is still one of the most respected builders in the area. George moved on to begin his real estate business in Mississauga with Century 21 Heritage Limited.
In 1989, George joined RE/MAX Realty Enterprises Inc in the Truscott Branch office in Mississauga. The branch office was closed in 1990 and George then went on to the main office in Clarkson Ontario.
